The Division 2’s latest major update, Title Update 4, is now live on the game’s public servers. Headlining the new update is the first post-launch endgame specialization, the previously unveiled Gunner specialization. However, the new Gunner specialization is far from the only thing included in Title Update 4. Below, we’ve outlined the update’s major additions and included the full patch notes for your perusal.
The Division 2 Title Update 4 Overview
The Division 2’s Title Update 4 hits several core facets of the game’s structure, including clans, PvP, and more. Weekly clan projects have been tweaked to make them easier to complete for smaller clans. The amount of clan XP needed to upgrade each tier of the weekly Clan Cache has also been reduced.
In-game Projects have also gotten some love in this latest update. Ubisoft has removed the specific talent requirements for Project donations. Donations will also no longer require replica or crafted items either. Projects have also gotten a universal rewards buff, though now some Projects can only be completed in World Tier 5.
If the Gunner specialization doesn’t interest you, you’ll be happy to hear all other specializations have received talent tree reworks. Ubisoft has also fixed a litany of bugs attached to The Division 2’s UI, skills, and general gameplay. Both rifles and shotguns have also gotten a small damage buff in PvP.
Dark Zone fans will want to check out the update’s new Occupied Dark Zone changes. With the update installed, players can now go rogue in The Division 2’s Occupied Dark Zones by damaging other players. There’s also now an infinite number of stacking Manhunt ranks in Occupied Dark Zones along with dedicated Manhunt leaderboards. Additional rewards have naturally also been added for surviving as (or taking down) a Manhunt player.
Lastly, a brand new Exotic item is available as of Title Update 4. All players should be on the lookout for the Dodgy City Gunslinger’s Holster, a new Exotic holster item.
As per Ubisoft’s previous confirmation, Title Update 4 hasn’t made any changes to the Operation Dark Hours raid’s difficulty. You can read the full patch notes for The Division 2’s Title Update 4 here.
