Randy Pitchford Posts Another Borderlands 3 Golden Key Code Online
Once again, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford has released another Borderlands 3 Golden Key code online, although as per usual it’s only available for a very limited time; gamers will need to redeem the code before 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday. The code can be redeemed either in-game or via the SHiFT website.
The Latest Borderlands 3 Golden Key Code
As always, players can use this latest Borderlands 3 Golden Key code to open the Golden Chest aboard Sanctuary III a single time, providing access to a fresh trove of loot. Gearbox, and Randy Pitchford himself, more recently, have been releasing codes on a regular schedule since the game’s release. Thus, players have had no shortage of access to the Golden Chest, at least for the time being. This latest code is as follows: KZKBJ-65H9B-SCJW5-BJBBT-ZRS9X.
The code comes just a day before some major developments for Borderlands 3. The next episode of the Borderlands Show will be broadcast on the 20th, bringing with it the official reveal of the game’s first major campaign DLC. At present, only a brief teaser has been released for the DLC; one which indicates a possible return in some form for Handsome Jack. Furthermore, the next free content update is due to release shortly after; Takedown at Maliwan’s Blacksite.
The first of a series of “Takedowns,” this free content will be something equivalent to a ‘Raid’ for Borderlands 3; a high-difficulty mission designed for a squad of four players to attempt. It will feature three unique boss-fights as well as several new types of enemies. The Takedown will only be available to players who have completed the main campaign, and will be designed for players who have reached Level 50. Presumably, Maliwan’s Blacksite and future Takedowns will serve as a new form of endgame content for Borderlands players. With such an addition on the horizon, another cache of Golden Chest items certainly wouldn’t go amiss for most players.
