Capcom’s Devil May Cry 5 isn’t set to arrive until next March, but if you plan on playing the game on PC, you can ensure your machine is up to snuff right now courtesy of the game’s newly unveiled minimum and recommended PC system requirements.
The minimum and recommended PC specs for Devil May Cry 5 recently started popping up on various retailer pages as well as the game’s official Steam page. Given how stylish and intense the game looks, it has surprisingly lax PC system requirements, and you’ll even be able to play with a mouse and keyboard, though Capcom strongly recommends using a game controller if you have one.

Devil May Cry 5’s Steam page also clues viewers in to the unique perks and bonuses they can score by pre-ordering the game. All pre-orders will come with a series of exclusive bonus costumes for five of the game’s characters (Dante, Nero, Trish, Lady, and Nico), and PC pre-orders will also grant access to an exclusive themed wallpaper. Those who spring for the game’s $70 Deluxe Edition will also have a cache of 100,000 Red Orbs added to their pre-order incentive, and the Deluxe Edition itself comes with the following perks regardless of pre-order status:
- Four exclusive Devil Breaker alternates for Nero (one of which is themed around Mega Man’s iconic Buster Cannon)
- The exclusive Cavaliere R weapon for Dante
- Alternate announcer voices for style rank and title calls
- Alternate live-action versions of the game’s cutscenes
- A 12-song soundtrack featuring music from previous DmC games
Devil May Cry 5’s March 8, 2019 release date was previously confirmed by Capcom during last month’s Gamescom convention. Gamescom is also where fans got to play Devil May Cry 5 for themselves for the very first time.
