There is a lot of new content for players to enjoy ever since the newest patch notes like completing the Izanami Forge. One of the changes in the patch also has to do with Destiny 2 Director Challenges. Apparently, Bungie has changed it so that those specific challenges can now give higher powered rewards to players with less than 600 power level.
This is great news for players who have yet to reach power level 600 and enjoyed the hardest content. Unfortunately, though, some players are confused about Destiny 2 Director Challenges. What exactly are these challenges? How does a player complete them? We are going to answer these questions and more in this guide. Without further ado, let’s jump right in and take a look.
Destiny 2 Director Challenges Explained
Simply put, these specific challenges are ones that you already know about. In fact, you’ve most likely already completed plenty of them in the past already if you are reading this. The only thing is that developer Bungie is now deciding to give them this name randomly in the patch notes for the latest update.
Some players are wondering if the Destiny 2 Director Challenges refer to a specific NPC or place. After all, there are plenty of weekly and daily challenges that players can complete related to PvP and NPC’s. Interestingly enough, these are pretty simple. They are just the challenges that you find on the Director screen. That is also known as the screen where you select your destination.
Basically, all you need to do is look for the Destiny 2 Director Challenges on that screen that give Powerful Gear. From now on, the gear you earn from those specific challenges is boosted for players who are under 600 power level. Note that this boost is only for players under 600 and does not apply to those over 600 power level.
