As in previous games, there are Call of Duty Black Ops 4 diamond camo and gold camo skins for players to unlock. These special camo skins allow you to show off in multiplayer. However, they do work differently in this title so it can be easy to miss how to get them. Thankfully, that’s where we come in as we’ll show you what you need to do.
First and foremost, it’s worth noting that there are a ton of prerequisites that you will need to meet. These beloved mastery skins are totally worth it, though. Before we can get to how to unlock the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 diamond camo skin, we need to unlock the gold one. You can unlock gold by completing every challenge for that specific weapon and unlocking the respective skins.
How to Unlock Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Diamond Camo
Once you have done all of those challenges, you will unlock the gold skin for that weapon. However, getting the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 diamond camo skin is much harder. In order to get this one, you will have to unlock every single gold skin for that weapon group. For instance, if you want a diamond for a particular sniper rifle, you have to get all gold skins for every sniper rifle in multiplayer.
This can become an extremely lengthy process as you have to complete every single challenge for every single weapon in that category. It’s certainly worth it, though, as Treyarch has amped up how awesome the Call of Duty Black Ops 4 diamond camo is. Getting a five killstreak in a match will change the color of the diamond camo to red, blue, green, and so on. However, if you’re able to get seven of those killstreaks in a single match, it will turn into a rainbow camo for that match.
