One of the most incredible surprises for the FGC came during EVO Japan 2019: The announcement of new DLC characters for BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle. However, this announcement came with yet another surprise that Arc System Works kept very well hidden. Now, Arcana Heart is joining the fight as the fifth fate that will cross with the rest of the roster.
Arcana Heart joins BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle
Arcana Heart is yet another game that has been published by Arc System Works. This game was developed by Examu and saw its debut in arcades back in 2006. There have been a total of three installments in the series. In fact, all of them saw an eventual console and PC port. Of course, this makes it a great series to be featured in BlazBlue’s cross over game. Take a look at the announcement trailer below:
As such, Heart Aino is now joining the roster of DLC fighters in BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle. This girl is known as the “Extraordinary Rare Maiden”. Not only that, but she also possesses the Arcana of Love also known as Partinias. She uses her well-rounded moveset to constantly put her opponents under pressure.
In addition, some fans have speculated that BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle might have even more franchises joining its roster. In fact, BBTAG Universe revealed that there might be a total of 9 different franchises which will appear in the game. However, nothing official has been stated by Arc System Works as of yet.
