Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies is getting its fair share of announcements in a couple of weeks during Comic Con 2018. Treyarch has revealed that they’ll be holding a Zombies panel, along with new information about Black Ops 4’s co-op mode.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies will take place Thursday, July 19 at 1PM Pacific. The Treyarch team will be there providing fans with more information on the mode, along with “exciting announcements” as the description of the panel reveals:
Treyarch’s Jason Blundell (director, Zombies) and Craig Houston (lead writer) celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Call of Duty’s Zombies and discuss what’s next for the studio’s signature undead in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Get ready for never-before-seen footage, exciting special announcements, and Q&A.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies is happening as a celebration for the 10 year anniversary of the mode. What’s next for it will be discussed, fans’ questions will be answered and as the game’s subreddit reveals, we might have an announcement for a new special edition for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies similar to the Black Ops 3 Juggernog Edition. Houston already revealed that the special edition is happening and it will “be more useful than the Juggernog fridge”. Here’s a teaser image for the panel:
We already had some Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies storyline information leaked a few weeks ago, pointing to the narrative aspect of the game. According to it, the mode will be centered around a mysterious ancient artifact which turns everything outside a dome a zombie. The 4 main characters will be fighting those transformed zombies while at the same time trying to obtain the artifact through different eras and settings.
What we would also want to hear is what content of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies will be implemented in Blackout. Treyarch has already revealed some segments of it will be carried to the battle royale mode but we would most certainly want to know more about it.
