Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition Story Trailer Reveals Character Stories
The Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition is the game that has been on my mind ever since it was announced. As someone who loves the Tales series, only another Tales fan could understand my hype. Which is why the newest Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition story trailer, has got more than a few fans eager to get their hands on the game.
Set to release next year in January, there hasn’t been much information for folks who have no idea what Tales of Vesperia is. Thankfully, this story trailer looks to change that. In this trailer from Bandai Namco, you’ll meet all the characters from the cast, and get a hint on what to expect from the story.
While it isn’t the first time fans may have seen the trailer, it may be a first for fans in the West. The trailer was released beforehand in Japan, only now it has English subtitles. English speaking fans who can’t comprehend one lick of Japanese, rejoice.
Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition Story Trailer: What’s in it?
As expected, there were many moments that talked about the story of Vesperia. The video also introduced the cast, giving a one-line description of who they are and what their role is. Yuri Lowell and Flynn Scifo were briefly introduced during the first few minutes. As for the rest of the group:
- Estelle – Traveling in search of her true self. She possesses a mysterious power that heals without Blastia.
- Repede – Yuri’s steadfast pet and partner who never betrays those he has recognized.
- Karol – He tags along on Yuri’s journey. He carries big dreams and big weapons.
- Rita – A girl also known as a genius Blastia researcher.
- Raven – A mysterious and difficult to grasp man who leads Yuri around with his words.
- Judith – A beautiful spear-user of the Kritya tribe. Destroys Blastia for a certain purpose.
- Patty – The daughter of an adventurer. She travels the world alone.
